Non-Chromate Conversion Coating of Small or Tiny Aluminum Pieces for the Jewelry Industry
We were approached by a jewelry manufacturer to provide them with the application of a non-chromate conversion coating for a large number of tiny aluminum jewelry pieces. The combination of material and the customer's desired finish required us to develop an entirely new process and chemistry. The non-chromate conversion coating that we developed utilized a blend of proprietary chemicals, and a specially designed non-chromate conversion line. The customer provided us with a color chart so that we could maintain a consistent finish throughout the process. This in-house solution gave this customer exactly the coating and finish they desired, at a competitive cost. To learn more about what we can do to service your coating needs contact us directly.
