The aluminum gears & pulleys shown above were manufactured for use in an automotive engine application. Composed of 7075-T7 aluminum, it required the application of a Hardcoat Black anodized Finish. Our anodizing process includes various quality control measures, including in process testing as well as a final visual inspection, allowing us to meet the required MIL-A-8625, Type III - Class 1 & 2 standards for anodized coatings.
